Can Help

ADHD Boot Camp is a social skills group intervention designed to support on-task behaviors, learn organizational skills, and learn to use tools that will decrease inattentive and impulsive behaviors at home and school. Based on the Skills Streaming Curriculum, these groups are six sessions long, run weekly, and are intended for elementary school children ages 6 – 13 who have been diagnosed with behavior-based disorders such as ADHD and/or exhibit significant difficulties with attention and or hyperactivity.

About the Program:

The six-week program includes:

  • • One on-site group session per week.
  • • Pre-camp telehealth assessment session
  • • Post-camp summary session.

Lessons focus on improving listening skills, following instructions, setting goals, and ignoring distractions.

Participants will be assigned activities to do at home and school so that they can practice skills learned in the session.

Information about an ADHD diagnosis and further behavior management you can try at home will be provided to parents.

Insurance

Most insurance carriers do not cover behavioral support services. While we will attempt to submit for the portions of service that may be covered upon request, we require payment at the time of service.
If your insurance policy covers and we are participating providers, we will happily bill the insurance for you – you would only be responsible for your copay.  The copays for all six sessions would be paid before the first meeting

The cost for each 6-session cycle is $300, payable in two installments of $150, the first before the first session and the second installment after the third session.

Signing up to participate in our program is simple:

  1. Tap the “Get Started”  button above complete and submit the referral form and select Bootcamp or (email referrals@cfpsonline.com if you need assistance completing the form). 
  2. After you complete the Intake form, will be in touch with you to complete the pre-assessment.
  3. After pre-assessment, a confirmation message with payment information will be forwarded, or you can visit our website to complete payment.  Please note: registrations will not be confirmed until payment is made.

When:   Wednesdays 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 6:30 to 7:30 in 6 week cycles

Please Note: Groups will commence once there is sufficient interest or enrollment to ensure a meaningful and engaging experience for all participants. We will contact you as soon as a group is ready to begin.
